 Pay your entry fee before your 2nd pool game to avoid game delays.  

Entry fees must be paid before your 2nd pool game can start. So if you collect from parents, please do so early. 

• Event Rosters will be enforced. It's up to you to double check them & if you are having any issues you need to let us know. All players need to show on the event roster. Please do all you can to move players from pending to approved.
• Be prepared to play 15 minutes after previous game ends. 
• Umpires have been instructed to allow only 1 minute between innings. Please get your players on & off the field and help catchers get ready. 
• Game time will begin 1 minute after the plate meeting ends. 
• Gate fees are $10 individually for anyone age 13 & older.
• There are no discounted gate fees on one day events. Therefore, no senior citizen discount or military discount for 1 day events. 
• 13U can only use -5 or -3 bats. 
• 14U can only use - 3 bats. 
• 9U-12U pitching is 6 innings for a 1 day event.    13U & 14U pitching is 7 innings for a 1 day event. 
• 9UA has a 6 run per inning limit in pool play & bracket play for one day events. 
• Coach Pitch time limit is 50 minutes (Edited 2/16 @ 7:45 p.m.)
• 9UA-12UAA is 1:20 
• 13U is 1:25
• 14U is 1:30
• Starting Pitcher is the only pitcher who can return to the game as a pitcher. 
• We will provide baseballs for each game. 
• DO NOT let an umpire tell you they are stopping a game within 5 minutes of the time limit. Stop the plate meeting or when you are told this immediately and call for a director. 
• Pay attention to your post game score cards before signing. You are signing to approve pitching records for your team and other team and final score. 
• Catchers must wear a helmet that covers the ears. 
• Protest fees are $300 cash up front no exceptions. You get this back for a successful protest. 
• When protesting a player, you must protest said player any time before the 1st pitch of his second at bat. After that, we will not allow a protest. All protest must be done before the 1st pitch of the game and the last pitch of the game. 
• Run rules are 12 after 3 - 10 after 4 - 8 after 5
• Extra innings - Last batter from the previous inning on 2nd base with 0 outs. 
• 2nd Extra inning - Last 3 batters from previous inning to load the bases with 1 out. 
• 3rd to 1st pick off is legal. 
• Head first slides are legal to any base unless a face mask, jaw protector or chin strap is being worn. 1st offense is a team warning. 2nd offense is an out. This only applies when advancing to the next base. 
• Grand Slam plays be National Federation High School rules...with the exception of rules listed here or corporate Grand Slam. State Directors have the discretion to modify corporate rules. 
• Make checks out to "Triple Play Sports" and pay your field director no later than start of 2nd pool play game. 2nd Pool Play game will NOT start until entry fee is paid. 
• There is a director for every 4 fields. If you have an issue stop the game and call for a director. We can't help you after the game is over. 
• Be respectful to the gate girls. 
• We do take Venmo & $CashApp at the gate.

Coaches, if we have to remove one of your fans from the complex, the head coach will also be ejected for that game. Fan will not be allowed to return for that event. 

Any pattern of badgering of an umpire, other fans, coaches, players, directors, gate workers, etc...will result in being escorted from the park by local PD. Coaches, if you put your hands on an umpire, you will be prosecuted & vice versa for umpires to coaches. Tournament Directors have the discretion to have anyone removed from the park. Gate fees are nonrefundable. 

Directors are on site...if you have issues or rule interpretations, stop the game and call for a director. We can't help you after the game ends.
