🧢 ROSTER RULES UPDATE

🔒

Roster Lock

• Rosters lock at 8:00 AM Saturday or 1 hour before first game (whichever comes first)
• NO player additions after lock

🚨 Injury Exception
If a player is injured during the event:

• Must occur at the event
• Must be reported to Site Director or UIC
• Replacement allowed ONLY if lineup drops below 9 players
• Replacement player must NOT have played in the event

❌ If you still have 9 players — NO replacement allowed

⚖️

ROSTER PROTEST DEADLINE

• Must be made before the end of the 2nd inning
• ❌ No protests after the 2nd inning

🧢

COACHES RULE

• Max 4 coaches in the dugout
• Only 2 coaches allowed on the field (defense)

✔️ Pitching coach may sit outside dugout
✔️ Fielding coach may be outside dugout

🚨 Enforcement

• 1st offense – Warning
• 2nd offense – EJECTION

💰

PAYMENTS

• 💳 Online payments = +$10 fee
• 💵 Cash accepted before first game

INTERNATIONAL TIEBREAKER (ARKANSAS STYLE)

• Bases LOADED
• 1 OUT
• Last 3 batted outs go to bases:

➡️ 1st out → 3rd base
➡️ 2nd out → 2nd base
➡️ 3rd out → 1st base

PICK-UP PLAYER RULES

• Max 3 pick-up players
• Only 1 out-of-class player

✔️ Example:
Single A team in AA event can use:

• 3 AA players OR
• 2 AA + 1 AAA

UNIFORMS

• ❌ No other team uniforms/hats
• ✔️ Matching uniform or blank shirt required
• Numbers DO NOT matter
• No number = First & Last name required on lineup
