Coaches Passes


Your first event this fall head coaches will get a text with the passes in them. They're numbered. 


That will be your number for the season. This will help keep traffic flowing for drive in events.

There will be a no tolerance policy on Conduct Saturday. You don't have to read this part & you don't even have to abide by this part, but you will leave the park if you violate these policies.


  1. If you cuss or make a threat to an umpire, coach, player, director, fan..you will be forced to leave, either on your own or via local PD. 
  2. If you are considered to be disruptive to the event, you will be forced to leave, either on your own or via local PD
  3. Teams who have a fan ejected will result in the head coach also being ejected. The fan will not be allowed back & the coach will sit a game. 



General Information


  • Gate fee is $12/per person ages 13 & up - Card or Cash is accepted
  • Entry fees need to be paid before no later than Tuesday evening. If you need to make other arrangements, please reach out to your director. 
  • All formats are 2 pool games into double elimination. Pool games can end in a tie. 
  • Grand Slam goes by online rosters only. Please check your rosters!
  • Teams are allowed 3 guest players for an event. However, only 1 can be from a higher classed team and that 1 player is not allowed to Pitch! 
  • Seeding is done by Head-to-head when applicable, Runs allowed, run differential, Runs scored, Coin Flip
  • In Grand Slam, a team can only get a max credit of 10 runs scored in a game & a max of a 7-run differential. For example, if you win a game 12-2...your runs scored will show as 10 & your RD will show as 7
  • Run rule is 12 after 3, 10 after 4, 8 after 5
  • In Grand Slam we do not play IF games in the bracket. The championship game is winner take all!



Any rule that is not Grand Slam specific reverts to NFHS rules.


8U-


50 minute time limit, finish the inning. Finish the inning clarity. If the home team is winning & batting when the time runs out, the game is over, you do not "finish the inning" Finish the inning simply means the event is not drop dead play. 


No Infield Fly.


Pitch must cross the plate before baserunners can leave the base.


No bunting


7 runs and switch


6 pitch max, if you foul the 6th pitch off, you keep hitting


9U-


60 Min Finish the inning. 

No Infield Fly.

6 runs max.

10U-
